Our New Reality

The findings from our 2020 Insights to Impact Report emphasized an overall decrease in employee health, mental health, and overall well-being. Increased stress and uncertainty, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, saw our communities in already over-burdened states. Our first Special Issue Survey dug deep into the new realities of living and working through a global pandemic. And while not unexpected, the findings are startling.
