We build healthier, thriving organizations.

The data shows it: building healthy workplaces isn’t a nice to have. It’s a necessity.

We’re in the midst of a Burnout Epidemic and the Great Resignation might not have yet reached its peak. So, what are you doing to attract and retain the talent you need?

At YMCA WorkWell, well-being isn’t just a fancy buzzword, it’s everything. We work with leaders to:

  • Build a workplace culture of well-being
  • Make data-driven people decisions
  • Develop your managers into leaders

2022 YMCA WORKWELL - SPECIAL ISSUE REPORT:

Combatting The Great Resignation With Workplace Well-Being

Insight + Action = Impact

All teams are different, which means there isn’t a one-size-fits-all (heck, there’s not even a one-size-fits-most) approach to building healthy workplace environments. Which is why we start all our projects helping you measure where your team is at.

Our Insights Survey  provides us a baseline view as to where your teams are thriving, and where they need the most support. We then provide specific, actionable steps geared to helping you gain quick, lasting wins that begin to improve workplace well-being.

Over time, our Insights Survey continues to measure your team in the areas of engagement, culture, well-being and performance, allowing us to help you maximize your efforts. The result? Healthier, happier, and thriving teams.

Are you ready to build a great place for your teams to work?

Our New Reality

Over the past two years, we’ve surveyed over 5,000 community members to keep a pulse on well-being and share the trends in our workplace well-being reports. And the results underscore the importance of investing in the well-being of teams. Why? Because the cost of not making this investment is much too high:

  • increased burnout and health leaves
  • increased employee turnover
  • increased workload with less staff
  • decreased employee satisfaction
  • decreased productivity

As we continue to navigate our post-pandemic “normal,” the way we work – the way we do business – is different. It’s a new normal, and it’s something everyone – from executive leaders to frontline staff – is learning to navigate together. And the data shows us that teams are still over-burdened regardless of where and how we’re working (in-person, remote, or hybrid).

Now, more than ever, your staff teams need managers and leaders committed to workplace well-being. From connection to recognition, and from workload to resiliency, we have the concrete steps to help you meet your teams where they are, and work with them to build the conditions they need to thrive.
