Our New Reality

The findings from our 2020 Insights to Impact Report emphasized an overall decrease in employee health, mental health, and overall well-being. Increased stress and uncertainty, especially in the midst of a global pandemic, saw our communities in already over-burdened states. Our first Special Issue Survey dug deep into the new realities of living and working through a global pandemic. And while not unexpected, the findings are startling.

Your staff teams need you, now more than ever. They’re looking for connection, clear expectations, and tactical steps in improving their well-being. The good news? We have concrete steps to help you meet your teams where they are, and work with them to build the conditions they need to thrive.
